This is a Charles Creed knitwear top. Pale yellow with gold detailing it is a great example of creed knitwear from the early 1960s. Made in scotland.

No size is marked but measured flat it had a bust size of approx. 40 inches, although it is designed as a loose fit garment.

This, to me, is the perfect LBD (little black dress). A wool mix with gold Grecian detailing at the neckline and  hem cut in a very flattering style, dating from the 1950′s. This dress evokes a mix between Audrey Hepburn  and Elizabeth Taylor. It has no size label but would fit a 12-14 .

Bust measurement is 36inches

Unusual Tailored 2 piece suit from British designer Susan Small, consisting of a dress and coat, great worn together or as separates. Not sure of the date but this label was very active from the 1950s-1970s known for dressing royalty among many others. I think this is a later design from the late sixties or early seventies judging by the label. Blog post here

Still has original  carved lucite buttons, including a spare sewn onto fabric swatch.
