Unusual Tailored 2 piece suit from British designer Susan Small, consisting of a dress and coat, great worn together or as separates. Not sure of the date but this label was very active from the 1950s-1970s known for dressing royalty among many others. I think this is a later design from the late sixties or early seventies judging by the label. Blog post here

Still has original  carved lucite buttons, including a spare sewn onto fabric swatch.
